Hello everyone!
I hope everyone’s Christmas, assuming you celebrate it, was
amazing! We had a really nice family party at my house. We had a lot of people
over and there was so much food!
Recently, I also planned that over my Spring Break; I will
be going to Disney World! I’m very excited, because I spent a semester working
at Disney World and have dying to go back ever since!
However, back to Christmas night, I think being away at
college has made it hard for me to sit and eat a large meal all at one time
because this is what my plate looked like.
Granted, I ended up snacking so much about an hour after
this picture, so I think it’s still safe to say I’m an unhealthy eater.

List #2
DISNEY LIST!!!
After living in Disney World for a few months, and spending
almost every family vacation there, I’m not really feeling the need to run
around like a crazy person.
HOWEVER, there are a TOP FIVE necessities that I will need
to happen while on this Disney Trip.
1.
I need to see Illuminations: Reflections of Earth at EPCOT. A lot of people don’t
really like this show, but I REALLY do. It always would play when I was at work
at night and I love the music and the spectacle of it all.
2.
I need to go to any Full-Service Dining Restaurant. I have eaten at countless
restaurants and am usually never disappointed. However, the person that I am
going with has only ever eaten at one Full-Service Dining location and it was
with me. So, that being said, I plan on changing that.
3.
I need to just stand on Main Street, U.S.A. and people watch. This might sound
creepy at first, but let me explain. When people are on vacation, they re so
focused on what they are doing next and being happy (or being a little grumpy)
that they don’t see how happy everyone around them is. My roommate in Disney
told me that he did this once, so I tried it, and it was amazing to see how
happy all these families are.
4.
Eat at Casey’s
Corner and watch Wishes while
having a Dole Whip Float. This is
kind of cheating, but I discovered Casey’s Corner, (on Main Street in Magic
Kingdom), and their BBQ Slaw Dog is DELICIOUS. The other half of this is my
friend that I’m going with and I bought Dole Whip Floats and watched Wishes
together for the last time before leaving Disney World. So being able to do
that again would just be amazing.
5.
SEE THE
NEW FANTASYLAND EXPANSION! This is a no brainer. I just want to be able to
walk around and see how pretty everything looks.
I realize this is a food blog, and
not a Disney blog, but understand that Disney is a huge part of my life. And
when I would be working, ALL I could talk about was food to the guests. I LOVE
food. SO MUCH. I’m so excited to start this new diet and to try tackling that
when I’m at Disney. (So maybe no Casey’s Corner).
Until later,
Bobby
My dad calls people-watching at Disney World "the human parade". It's pretty fantastic.
